Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, create recovery plans, and deliver tailored occupational therapy to help individuals regain independence and function.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, report to the Director of Rehab, and participate in our clinical mentorship program and ongoing education to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial registration with NBCOT.
• Valid OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Rehab Director and care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
