Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required if license obtained after January 2007 or foreign equivalent.
• Occupational Therapy licensure in HI required.
• CPR or BLS certification required per AH policy.
• NBCOT certification required in HI.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions.
• Co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions and establishes discharge plans; communicates with appropriate parties.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines; supervises assigned assistants.

Education

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
