Job summary

Adventist Health in Hawaii is seeking an Occupational Therapist to coordinate and deliver therapeutic services designed to restore function across physical, cognitive, and psychosocial domains. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy (or an OTD) and Hawaii OT licensure, with NBCOT certification. CPR/BLS may be required; two years of OT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required or OTD if licensed after Jan 2007.
• Hawaii OT licensure required.
• NBCOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans and address assessment areas.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and communicates discharge plans.
• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
