Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and develops individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provides therapy interventions using established protocols and communicates discharge plans to appropriate parties.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
