Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center in Phoenix. Salary starts at $80,000 with additional bonus incentives and a student loan repayment program.

A CHt is preferred, but applicants preparing for the exam or with strong hand therapy experience are welcome. The role includes supervising assistants and contributing to case management, with Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) accredited school of occupational therapy.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we enthusiastically welcome applicants preparing for the exam or those with extensive hand therapy experience. Minimum Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
