Banner Physical Therapy in Gilbert, AZ is searching for a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy for our outpatient orthopedic center. The role includes the evaluation and treatment of hand therapy patients and supports new graduates interested in hand therapy. Mentorship and educational opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy and state OT License required.
• Experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedics is required.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for evaluation, treatment, and discharge of patients.
• Develop treatment plans and supervise assistants.
• Maintain positive interaction with facilities and clients.

Skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Hand Therapist-OTR for our outpatient orthopedic center located in Gilbert, AZ. We can mentor an occupational therapist aspiring to be a certified hand therapist. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support.
