Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility OT services. You will assess patients, develop and implement recovery plans, and deliver therapy to help patients regain independence.

You will teach patients and caregivers, collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team, and adapt plans to individual needs while maintaining patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Active OT license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy in facility settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimise outcomes.

Education
