Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver therapy in facility settings. You’ll help patients regain independence, working with a supportive rehab team to tailor recovery programs for each individual.

The role requires an ACOTE-accredited OT degree, NBCOT registration, and an active state license. We offer mentorship, CEUs, and a pathway for career growth across our network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Active, valid OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for occupational therapy.
• Deliver occupational therapy in facility settings.
• Collaborate with directors and rehab staff to promote independence and functional gains.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote ongoing self-care and productivity.
• Support team-based care and referrals as needed.
