Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, design recovery plans, and provide OT services in our in-facility settings. You will work closely with the rehab team to maximize independence and functional outcomes for clients.

You will be supported by mentorship, CEUs, visa sponsorship options, and a comprehensive benefits package as we expand patient-centered care across the nation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Valid, unencumbered OT license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services in facilities or in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and caregivers to promote independence.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE-accredited)

Initial registration with NBCOT

Current OT license in state of practice
