Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered.
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and related duties.
