Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services to residents at Spring House Estates in Lower Gwynedd, PA. You will conduct evaluations, plan individualized treatments, set goals, and coordinate discharge planning within a nurturing, prevention-focused program.

The role offers on-site training during paid hours, some CEU eligibility, and a supportive leadership culture. Non-profit benefits include student loan forgiveness after 10 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and valid state license or eligibility.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized goals and discharge plans.
• Deliver treatments and monitor progress across care settings.
• Collaborate with team and participate in professional development opportunities.
