Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab teams across our continuing care communities. You will support the Occupational Therapist by delivering patient-centered treatment and assisting with program development in a slower-paced, but clinically focused environment.

The role offers on-site work with on-going specialized training during paid hours, potential CEU eligibility, and a strong benefits package typical for a large nonprofit

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• License eligibility in the state(s) where services are rendered is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment services to residents under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Perform delegated occupational therapy procedures in accordance with the plan of treatment.
• Support program development and opportunities for professional growth.
