Adept Nursing & Rehab of Central City is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to help residents improve daily living activities.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to help residents improve their ability to perform daily living activities. The OT works closely with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment
