Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with current OT license, in good standing with the State licensing board.
• Minimum of one year OT experience in a clinical setting.
• Federal, State- and facility-required credentials current and on file.

Responsibilities

• Helps patient to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
• Assists patients in improving motor functions and reasoning abilities.
• Evaluates progress and prepares progress reports.
• Instructs patients in the use of adaptive equipment and safety practices.
• Collaborates with patients and families to modify home or work environments.
