Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Federal-, State-, and facility-required credentials current and on file.

Responsibilities

• Help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
• Provide one-on-one therapy focusing on individual needs to improve quality of life.
• Use assessments to tailor activities that improve motor, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Supervise support staff and coordinate with caregivers and family members.
