Job summary

Eureka Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care and lead therapy services in a California facility. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document progress while coordinating with families and the health team.

Responsibilities include supervising therapy aides, ensuring safe practices, and contributing to interdisciplinary care. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred
• Experience in adult neurological, cardiac, and/or general rehabilitation preferred
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to restore independence and function.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides in patient care.
• Communicate patient progress with families, physicians and health team members.
• Document services in the medical record and ensure billing alignment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in conferences.
