Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our geriatric therapy team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled OT services to maximize independence and quality of life in a supportive setting.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities, a collaborative interdisciplinary environment, and growth opportunities. A valid OT license and graduation from an ACOTE-accredited program are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing required.
• Experience working with the geriatric population preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on physician orders
• Establish appropriate short- and long-term goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical needs
• Monitor resident response to treatment and document progress
• Participate in resident assessments and care plan development
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Provide resident-centered care focused on maximizing independence and quality of life
