The Horsham Center for Jewish Life in North Wales, PA is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our therapy team. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and PRN opportunities within a 270-bed long-term care facility.

You will provide therapy across the facility, develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, participate in resident assessments and care plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualificações

• Graduate with a degree recognized by AOTA in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT license/registration required.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy to residents throughout the facility.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Provide comprehensive treatments to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment plans as indicated, while adhering to precautions.
• Participate in developing and implementation of resident assessments and care plans.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.

Located in beautifulNorth Wales, PA, our facility contains 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.

Job Type: Full Time, Part time, PRN

The Occupational Therapist works under the leadership of our Director of Rehabilitation.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy to our residents throughout our facility.

• Occupational Therapists will provide comprehensive treatment plans including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.

• Occupational Therapists will provide comprehensive treatments to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment plans as indicated, while adhering to precautions.

• Occupational Therapist will participate in developing and implementation of resident assessments and care plans.

• Occupational Therapist will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.

Education/Experience

• Must be a graduate of an accredited college with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Occupational Therapy that AOTA recognizes.

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Occupational Therapist.

• Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
