Job summary

Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Boston. You will develop individualized treatment plans, perform comprehensive assessments, and deliver hands-on therapy to residents across cognitive, sensory, fine, and gross motor domains.

Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, accurate documentation, and measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance residents' independence.
• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify rehabilitation needs and goals.
• Providing hands-on therapy sessions (cognitive, sensory, fine and gross motor).

• Maintaining accurate records of treatment plans and progress.
