What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide client‑centered care across various settings, including schools, day habilitation programs, and skilled nursing facilities, to promote meaningful participation in daily activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations through contextual and clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration to assess clients’ strengths, challenges, and functional abilities.
  • Support skill development by using evidence‑based interventions to enhance essential life skills related to self‑care, work, and leisure.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and equip clients and families with education, strategies, and resources for long‑term success.
  • Mentor Occupational Therapy students, fostering their professional growth, contributing to the development of the field, and enhancing client care through shared knowledge and insights.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
  • Holds a valid/current professional license as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts (or will soon!)
  • Graduate of an accredited master’s level (or higher) program in Occupational Therapy

  • Can pass extensive background checks and provide professional references
