Sanford Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role covering the SE MN Good Samaritan facilities and surrounding sites. The OT will evaluate, plan and implement therapy programs, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and travel between facilities with paid mileage.

New grads welcome; BLS and NBCOT considerations apply. Responsibilities include documenting progress, adhering to department guidelines, and supporting patients in post-acute and home health

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the practicing state.
• NBCOT certification may be required or preferred.
• BLS for healthcare providers within 60 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients and design OT treatments to improve activities of daily living.
• Perform evaluations, set realistic goals, and administer OT programs.
• Educate clients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes.
• Document findings and maintain regulatory compliance.
• May supervise assistants and students; work across post-acute, long-term care and home health.
