Job summary

Western Arizona Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day shift in Bullhead City. The role involves evaluating patients, planning and administering therapy to improve daily living and work activities, and documenting progress and outcomes.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, mentor students, and maintain compliant billing records.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years clinical OT experience required.
• Experience in hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and document findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and documented interventions.
• Provide safe, effective treatment and patient education with proper session documentation.
• Regularly reassess progress and update plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and rehab staff to optimize outcomes.
• Mentor and orient new staff and OT students.
• Ensure accurate billing documentation reflecting services provided.
