Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in Bullhead City, AZ to evaluate, plan, and administer therapeutic interventions for both adults and children based on physician referrals.

You will set patient-centered goals, reassess progress, and maintain thorough documentation. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff, mentor students, and ensure compliant billing.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical OT experience required.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based OT interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and document findings.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and patient education with proper documentation.
• Regularly reassess progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Mentor and orient new staff and students.
• Ensure accurate billing documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Adhere to privacy and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
