Job summary

River Oaks Healthcare Center in Clarksburg, WV is seeking a FULL TIME Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the CommuniCare Rehab family. The OT will evaluate, treat and develop plans of care for residents, supervise assistants, and collaborate with the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Occupational Therapy license required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, screen, and treat facility patients/residents in need of OT services.
• Review medical charts and screen before evaluation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per patient needs.
• Provide supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Maintain accurate billing information and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
