PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children in a clinic setting in the San Marcos, TX area. The role involves assessing needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to help children succeed.

Texas OT license and advanced degree are required; pediatric OT experience is preferred. The position offers flexible scheduling and a strong, collaborative multidisciplinary team including OT, SLP, PT, and behavior analysts.

Qualifications

• Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT) is required.
• Master's or Doctorate in OT is required unless accrediting with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess children’s motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions to help children reach developmental goals.
• Work with families and other specialists to create a supportive environment tailored to each child’s needs.
