Job summary

PediaStaff is seeking a Licensed School Occupational Therapist (OT) to support elementary, middle, and high school students in Colorado Springs for the 2026-2027 year. The OT will provide evidence-based services aligned with IEPs and Colorado standards, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualified candidates hold a Colorado Department of Education license with School OT endorsement.

Qualifications

• CDE license with endorsement as a School Occupational Therapist is required or eligible.
• Experience with school-aged populations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential.
• Passion for equity, inclusion, and student success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OT services aligned with student IEPs and Colorado Standards.
• Assess student needs and provide targeted interventions to improve motor, sensory, and functional skills.
