Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL disorders and develop plans of care.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record per regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services; refer as needed based on outcomes.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisors and health team members.
