Regency Gresham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan and administer therapy services for residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must maintain current, unrestricted OT license in the assigned state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan occupational therapy services.
• Provide therapeutic procedures and a full range of services to support patient referrals.
• Maintain treatment documentation and progress notes.
• Develop treatment goals and written programs based on patient evaluation.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to integrate occupational therapy into overall care.
