Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unrestricted OT license for the assigned state.
• Strong documentation and patient-care skills.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Support Occupational/Physical Therapist Assistants with training and guidance.
• Maintain documentation of all treatments per clinic directives.
• Provide a full range of therapy services and ensure safe patient care.
• Develop and document treatment goals aligned with medical staff intent.
• Administer and instruct in manual and functional exercises; assistive devices.
• Record progress in patient charts and educate patient/family for home care.
• Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices as needed; coordinate with physicians.
