Preferred Care Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in the Sarasota, FL area. You will evaluate patients’ functional abilities in the home setting, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide OT services per physician orders and the plan of care.

Key duties include improving strength and range of motion, educating patients and families, coordinating with physicians, documenting accurately, and supervising OTAs when applicable.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
