Job summary

Preferred Care Home Health is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team and deliver patient-centered care in home settings across Fort Myers, FL.

You'll evaluate functional abilities, develop goals, and provide OT services in accordance with physician orders while educating patients and families and coordinating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities, including daily living and working skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.

What You’ll Do
