Valley Health Specialty is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients to maximize independence. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy, Nevada OT license, NBCOT certification, and current BLS.
You will work in a team environment, providing ADL-focused assessments and goal-directed therapy for diverse patient ages. Applicants must meet AOTA standards and demonstrate the knowledge to deliver quality care on the assigned unit/department, contributing
Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting ADL functioning and providing goal‑oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
Shift: FULL TIME VARIED
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a university program satisfying the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) academic and intern requirements for competence.
License/Certification: Nevada State License as a Registered Occupational Therapist. Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current BLS certification.
Other: Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
