Job summary

Unifiedtherapy is seeking both full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists to work primarily with pediatric patients at our clinic in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with the rehabilitation team. Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, current licensure, and a supervisor's license as required. Responsibilities

• Assess patient and determine treatment plan using approved evaluation documents.

• Train individuals in skills for participation in ADL and IADL.
• Supervise the COTA’s and students in accordance with state regulations.

Unified Therapy Services is hiring Occupational Therapists

We are looking for full-time, part-time or PRN Occupational Therapists. This position will primarily treat pediatric patients at our clinic in Lancaster, WI.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

• Assesses patient and determines treatment plan using approved evaluation documents


• Prepares necessary documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes and logs in timely manner according to regulations


• Collaborates with other members of the rehabilitation team.


• Trains individuals in skills and techniques required for participation in ADL and IADL


• Maintains positive relationships with the health care team, patient and family


• This position will primarily provide services to pediatric patients with occasional opportunity for adult care.


• Supervise the COTA’s and students in accordance with state regulations

Hours of Operation

• Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm


• Friday 8am -1pm
