Job summary

Renewal Rehab is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
