Renewal Rehab in Gary, IN is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. New grads welcome with mentorship opportunities and career growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
