Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for full-time work in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess and treat patients requiring functional, cognitive, and ADL interventions, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program (BS, MS, MA or OTD).
• NBCOT OTR certification if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
