Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. A $8,000 sign-on bonus is available, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and supporting professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You’ll Do:
