Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Illinois. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification/eligibility as applicable by state.
• Current state Occupational Therapist license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and complete.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
