Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in DeKalb, IL. You will assess and treat patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Applicants must hold an OT degree from an accredited program and a current state license; NBCOT may be required. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development are offered.

• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current state license to practice OT.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.

• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update physician orders as needed.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
