Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to plan and execute treatment programs across all ages, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and delivering coverage in inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehabilitation settings.

You will develop individualized plans, provide therapy services in multiple clinical environments, and ensure compliant licensure and BLS requirements within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• OTD or MOT in Occupational Therapy; relevant education accepted for candidates prior to 2007.
