Job summary

Spring River in Roswell, New Mexico, seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy to promote independence and safety, collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates will have SNF/long-term care experience and knowledge of OT practices, with exposure to Net Health or similar EMR.

Qualifications

• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current OT practices.
• Experience with Net Health or similar EMR systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on goals and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
