Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in a collaborative setting. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning to promote optimal functional outcomes.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab techs, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to state practice acts and company policies.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with clinical standards and Reliant Rehabilitation policies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care.
• Conduct patient screening, develop and implement treatment plans, and perform discharge planning.
• Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehab technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts, OBRA, and company policies.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare.
