Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. Qualifications

• Iowa license to practice OT or eligibility for licensure.
• New grads welcomed; training and mentorship provided.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic patient care.
