Job summary

Sweetwater Care and Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. This full-time opportunity supports cognitive and ADL rehabilitation, operates under regulatory standards, and includes a sign-on bonus.

You will screen and treat patients, document progress, supervise assistants, and collaborate with the Rehabilitation Services Director. Active state licensure and NBCOT/AOTA compliance are required; candidates must maintain records and participate in

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT/AOTA compliance required.
• Experience in cognitive/ADL rehabilitation.
• Ability to supervise PTAs and aides.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled services per regulatory standards.
• Supervise PTAs, rehabilitation aides, and students as assigned.
• Document treatment minutes and progress in the clinical records.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team.
