Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Prophetstown, IL. The role focuses on SMART goals within skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with a mission to deliver high-quality care and support clinician growth.

We offer competitive compensation between $75,000 and $90,000 per year, a collaborative work environment, and ongoing clinical education to advance your practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
