The position focuses on evaluating and treating patients, creating personalized care plans, and collaborating with the care team to ensure compliant documentation and up-to-date physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
