Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California (required).
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
• Proficient in Casamba and PointClickCare preferred.
• Must pass background check and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in Casamba and PointClickCare.
