Job summary

Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a close-knit in-house therapy team. You’ll work on high-acuity respiratory skills on site, screen and treat patients with cognitive and ADL needs, and collaborate with families and staff to support independence.

Licensed OT in Montana or eligible is required; all experience levels welcomed. Eligible for a $20,000 hiring bonus with flexible full-time schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Counsel patients, families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Assess progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Communicate with supervisor and team; complete discharge summaries.
• Provide skilled treatment including ADL retraining, modalities and assistive devices.
