Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in OT from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid or pending state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient's/resident's OT evaluation and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment and educate therapy staff involved in the plan.
• Provide supervision for COTAs and lead interdisciplinary meetings.
• Treat residents at multiple locations to meet diverse needs.
