• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their therapy needs
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each client
• Create a therapy plan specific to each client that will help them meet their mobility goals
• Work closely with other members of each client team's care house to provide adequate follow-up care
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress
